She is an employment expert who regularly appears on TV and radio to discuss hiring trends and workplace issues. She has appeared on CNN, Headline News, Larry King Live, FOX and CBS National Radio and in the Harvard Business Review.
Prior to Personified, Mary served as the Chief Sales Officer for CareerBuilder.com, leading the Enterprise and Recruiter Business Unit teams of the company’s sales force and tripling revenue for those units in five years. She has played a key role in helping CareerBuilder.com rise to the top of its industry and consistently outpace competitors in revenue growth.
Prior to joining CareerBuilder.com, Mary managed the merger of Headhunter.net and CareerBuilder.com. In this capacity, she oversaw two acquisitions and orchestrated launches in new vertical markets. Before that, Delaney was senior vice president for InterCall Inc., a conference services provider, where she developed the long-term company vision and national sales strategy. While at InterCall, sales revenues grew from zero to over $200 million. Early in her career, Mary held a variety of sales management positions at Nestle Corp. and Async Corp., a voice mail service company.
Mary earned her MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. She received the 2006 Stevie Award for Best Sales Executive from the American Business Awards and was recognized as a Woman worth watching in 2007 Profiles in Diversity Journal. She is a fellow at Leadership Greater Chicago and serves on the USEF board.
Corey is results oriented leader with a proven track record of helping Fortune 500 companies improve their recruitment practices and talent management effectiveness. As Vice President for Personified, he is in charge of growing the firm’s presence as the number one resource for talent management consulting and services through sales and marketing efforts.
Over the last 10 years, Corey has worked in the talent space to help companies with overall process efficiencies and brand to attract and retain talent. Working with enterprise and mid-market clients, he has developed and implemented services that allow customers to continually innovate their people strategy across multiple industries.
Prior to Personified, Corey served as an Area Manager for CareerBuilder.com where he managed a number of U.S. offices. He also successfully opened the Washington, D.C. sales office during his tenure and ran the national accounts team out of Chicago.
Corey also served as the Director of Sales at PSINet, a technology consulting services firm, where he was in charge of office openings, sales force expansion and product development.
Corey earned his MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management as well as holds a B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech. He is active in the community and works closely with Habitat for Humanity and Millennium Promise.
Michelle’s fervor for creating innovative brand strategies has helped hundreds of companies evolve their B2E, B2B, and B2C brands into a game-changing foundation for success. Michelle believes truths in marketing and corporate transparency are the keys to developing brand evangelists and leveraging the social web. Michelle thrives on challenges and goes the extra mile for every client.
Michelle runs all brand and social media engagements with her extensive management, communications, and integrated marketing experience. She is responsible for crafting brand strategies and implementing marketing and communications programs that expand awareness; drive revenue; create communities; and improve employee, client, and consumer satisfaction. She also spends time on her passion: new product and business process innovation. In the past, Michelle served as the Marketing Director for Personified and was instrumental in driving the division to quick success as a cornerstone of the CareerBuilder offerings. Before joining Personified, Michelle was the Marketing Manager at CareerBuilder.com, where she used her ingenuity to craft powerful marketing campaigns to boost revenue, ease the sales process, and develop partner relationships to further the business.
She has also worked as the Director of Communications for a nationwide network of law firms, where she was responsible for all internal employee communications, including intranet content creation and management. She also directed the organization’s external marketing efforts, which included public relations, conference management, marketing collateral development, and Web site development and management. Michelle also excelled in technology-related roles with Kenexa and Sandhills Publishing.
Michelle received her MBA in Marketing Management from the Kellstadt School of Business at DePaul University in Chicago, Ill., and her B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. She is also an author who has been published in many publications, including Recruiting & Staffing Solutions Magazine, Staff Digest, Servicing Management, Smart Computing, Smart Computing Learning Series, Smart Computing Reference Series, and Smart Computing Guide Series.
As Senior Director of Talent Intelligence & Consulting, Dr. Licina directs the talent management consulting efforts for Personified, a division of CareerBuilder - the global leader in human capital solutions. Dr. Licina’s focus is to developing, researching and overseeing the building of progressive thought leadership models that provide critical insight into trends around the current workplace, talent market, recruitment, diversity, and employment branding. Under Dr. Licina’s leadership, Personified has assisted thousands of organizations in leveraging business intelligence to make strategic cross departmental changes in their organizational initiatives.
Dr. Licina is an employment expert who is often asked to discuss the state of the job market, hiring practices and workplace issues by trade groups and publications.
Prior to joining Personified, Dr. Licina worked as a Research Specialist at Hudson, playing an integral role in the development of leadership capital by serving as a director of white paper research as well as co-managing the Hudson Employment Index and serving as an independent consultant for Harvard Business School.
Sanja holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from DePaul University and a B.A. in Psychology and Communication Studies from the University of Michigan.
As VP of Product Development for Personified, Abdel Tefridj is responsible for helping drive technology transformation for all of the company's new product initiatives. Abdel currently leads the Compensation and Supply & Demand Initiatives. He also identifies new business markets and data partners for our existing product lines and works closely with the sales force to map client needs for both existing and new products.
Prior to joining Personified, Abdel built Careerbuilder’s diverse CRM project portfolio. He led cross-functional teams in the design and development of holistic marketing/CRM strategies and programs. He actively managed key data and software vendors. Abdel was an influential member of the Client Advisory Board for Microsoft, D&B, Exact Target, and Wanted Tech and had an integral role in their new product releases. Abdel spoke regularly at vendor conferences regarding user adaption and technology application to business needs.
Prior to Careerbuilder.com, Abdel spent over 8 years in various senior-level positions including product management and consulting roles in the manufacturing, financial, engineering and technology industries. He led numerous global deployments of E-Commerce B2B and B2C platforms for Fortune 500 companies such as Honeywell, Motorola, QUALCOMM, BP, Fortune Brands and Tyco. Abdel led several global development teams spreading across 9 countries throughout his tenure at Honeywell and Click Commerce. He identified and automated numerous business processes in client supply chain deficiency resulting in millions of dollars in savings and new revenue streams.
Prior to moving to the U.S., Abdel worked for over 9 years for a consumer product manufacturing company in Africa and France ending his tenure as a divisional partner. He managed a division of over 100 engineers, product developers, sales and technology employees.
Abdel holds an Applied Statistics Bachelor degree from DePaul University. Abdel won Careerbuilder.com’s Ideas from Anywhere Innovation competition in 2009 resulting in the launch of the Compensation Business. Abdel was a member of the Key Employee Recognition plans at Honeywell and Click Commerce which recognizes the top 10% of talent.
